To bring the failure of TriMet fare vending machines and other poor
service situations involving TriMet into public/media awareness, allow
citizens the opportunity to provide comments and ideas regarding
solutions, and to have TriMet management respond appropriately and

Three fold. One, citizens are encouraged to photograph failed fare
vending and ticketing machines - or other situations - and post this
information into our online database. (Click here to view postings or
click here to post a situation). Two, citizens are encouraged to
participate in our online forum. Tell us when you received a citation
because of failed ticketing machine. (see forum). Three, this
information will be public and brought before city and TriMet officials in
an effort to solve these problems and stop this ridiculous cycle. You

from this experience. The users of TriMet are angry and want these
